Privacy Policy
DiabFit ("we", "us") is a free prediabetes risk screening service for India. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Name and city — only if you choose to share it, used to personalise your result card and (anonymised) for public health mapping across Indian cities.
- Risk level and score — the outcome of your screening, stored to build aggregate city-level statistics.
- Contact details (phone, email) — only if you purchase an Activity & Body Gap Reduction plan, used solely to deliver your plan via WhatsApp or email.
We never store your weight, height, waist measurement, or BMI on our servers. These are calculated in your browser and used only to generate your result — they are not saved.
Why we collect it
To generate your personalised risk report, to build anonymised city-level prediabetes risk statistics for public health awareness, and — only with your explicit consent — to deliver a paid Activity & Body Gap Reduction plan.
Your consent
Before we save any data, you are shown a clear consent checkbox. If you decline, your screening still works — we simply don't save your name or city.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing daibfit@gmail.com. We will remove your record within 7 working days.
Your rights under India's DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact our Grievance Officer at daibfit@gmail.com for any data-related requests.
